Crea8tive Club is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization operated under Everybody Eats Agency LLC, based in Portland, Oregon.
Our mission is to strengthen Portland’s creative economy by connecting local small businesses with professional creatives who volunteer their time and talent.
All creative work is performed on a volunteer basis. Crea8tive Club does not employ or contract the creatives who participate. Participants contribute their time and skills freely and are not entitled to compensation.
Sponsorship contributions to Crea8tive Club are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors will receive written acknowledgment for tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor for specific guidance.
All creative work produced during Crea8tive Club events is gifted to the partnering small business. Creatives retain the right to use the work in their personal portfolios. Crea8tive Club may use event documentation (photos, video, recaps) for promotional purposes.
Crea8tive Club and Everybody Eats Agency LLC are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in events. All participants attend and contribute at their own risk.
We collect minimal personal data (name, email, portfolio links) solely for event coordination. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Photos and videos taken during events may be used in recaps and promotional materials.
